How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
Manage communications with authority to local and regional stakeholders related but not limited to product quality complaints, product release. Participate/Lead Quality Risk Assessments within the Pfizer Country Office.
Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with activities for GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Distribution Practices).
Ensure that the performance of the complaint handling process occurs in accordance with company policy/procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} regulations.
Lead product quality investigations and support/ follow up on agreed Pfizer actions to address product quality/compliance issues identified when product is in the marketplace.
Work as Subject Matter Expert and reviewer for major Standard Operating Procedures {SOPs} such as but not limited to Market Action, Notification to Management, Quarantine Alert Notice, Management of Deviations, Product Releases, Complaints, Product Returns
Analyze inquiry data to identify trends and communicates relevant information accordingly
Assist with completion or follow-up of audit Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
Manage process requirements related to the repackaging/relabeling operation.
Compile Key Performance Indicator figures for reporting purpose as required for the role.
Compile, organize, analyze and interpret complaint data on a periodic basis.
Facilitate quality systems focused trainings as necessary
Support adjustment/enhancement to local systems and processes, when required.
Qualifications
Must-Have * Bachelor's Degree in Biologics Sciences or equivalent (Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering - Licensed Pharmacist preferred but not required.
5+ years' quality assurance/ management of quality systems experience in a pharmaceutical industry in supervisory level
Appropriate technical experience to manage expectations
Knowledge of the regulatory GDP/GMP compliance issues relating to manufacturing and distribution of medicinal products
Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Good collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with local, regional and global colleagues
Proficiency in using System Application (like SAP) and Products, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
Nice-to-Have * Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience
Experience with Electronic Quality Management Systems in pharmaceutical industry
Willing to lead by example and jump right in, desire to get to root cause, collaborative and active listener
Effectively manages stressful situations, able to focus on task at regardless of circumstances and stress induced pressure
