Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective and taking into consideration the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
Develop strategic plans to improve warehouse operations and maximise warehouse space utilisation by designing and developing an efficient movement and storage system
Develop and implement logistics strategies to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation and meet customer’s satisfaction
Ensure that the K.U.S products are manufactured safely, cost-effectively and on time, and that they meet the required quality standards by assisting subsidiaries in establishing an efficient and economic production process
Ensure supply chain processes are in accordance with the current government legislations, regulations, and trade agreements, and suit the changing market condition
Provide a definite direction and support to the company’s day to day operations by developing policies, procedures, guidelines and process manuals and ensure compliance of the subsidiaries within the region.
Drive subsidiaries in achieving business targets by analysing their performance and guiding them to improve operational processes through KPIs and reports
Manage supply chain software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security, information and transactions running in the system
Skills and Qualifications:
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team
Willing to report on-site in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig
Eucation and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
More than 8 years of importation, procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse management experience
