SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Executive (SCE) provides support to the entity end-to-end sourcing, logistics, and forecasting, and other relates supply chain processes as may be assigned and directed by the supply chain officer and management. Tasks to be assigned shall align with segregated duties relating to product sourcing, inventory management, logistics handling, external party coordination, importation/export (as applies), internal stakeholder steering with sales and marketing, to include forecasting, among others. The SCE as part of the supply chain team may be tasked with sales order/billing transactions as may be applicable. Other duties may be assigned by management for purposes of efficiency and effective fulfilment responsibilities to external partners/customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting with the entire logistics process
Assisting the Senior Management with all supply chain activities
Requisition all customs clearance documents from suppliers and forward them to customs broker.
Take charge of all import purchases, pricing and keep in touch of various customs rules, policies and programs while maintaining compliance
Negotiate with international and/or local freight forwarders, transportation & other 3rd party logistics provider.
Assist in formulating commercial freight quotes for clients and executing freight booking transactions with movers or carriers
Administer and direct the transport of goods
Ensure timely and proper delivery of all products
Maintaining a database of all shipment details
Tracking shipment status and inspecting products upon arrival
Undertaking any clerical duties such as filing documents and keeping documents
Prepare Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Acknowledgment Receipts and schedule dispatch of original copies to customers.
Maintaining an inventory of all incoming and outgoing shipments
Addressing any customer queries and resolving conflicts
Preparing and receiving shipments
Handling any shipment issues and complaints
Updating shipment charges periodically
Checking Suppliers / Vendor charges and requisition of due payment
Perform other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar discipline
Previous work experience in the Logistics Industry
Familiarity with AX System
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel and Power point Presentations
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong time management and communication skills
High level of customer service
Ability to extend for long hours (as needed, i.e. month end closing period)
Ability to work independently
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
