What we are looking for:
We are in search of an eCommerce Supply Chain Associate (w/ Accounting experience) to work with an Israeli-based client focused on leveraging technology to bring traditional distribution and manufacturing forward.
The eCommerce Supply Chain Associate is responsible for handling the accounting side of the supply chain including processing POs and payments.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role, you will:
Process POs and payments
Manage and track orders created and liaise with external Supply Chain team for order confirmation and invoicing
Monitor product inspections and collect and manage related documentation
Regularly update Product Manager of shipment status and changes that impact campaigns, or lead to product out of stock.
Collect and manage all product shipment details, including importation costs, customs and VAT and ensures accuracy of costs reflected in actual landed cost
Analyze cost data and compile report of findings/assessments
Keep up to date on Amazon policies, procedures and terms of service, and marketplace and global events that affect supply chain operations and inventory management
Your capabilities
2+ years of experience on accounting supply chain management
Proven knowledge in logistics/supply chain, procurement, instock, logistics, or inventory management
Experience in Amazon Seller Central
International logistics experience in wholesale distribution or retail supply chain environment
Strong systems skills, including proficiency with integrated software applications such as Amazon and SoStocked
Excellent organization and communication skills
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
