ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day to day operations to meet business goals;
Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services;
Develops strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities;
Develops business plans for optimal use of resources and time;
Develops marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility;
Analyzes capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability;
Perform market research to study customer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity;
Submits weekly and monthly reports to the COO and discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities;
Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements;
Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or any related field;
Excellent leadership skills; approachable and be able to cultivate positive rapport with employees;
Prior experience in management and supervisory roles, sales, marketing, or customer service;
Adept at mathematics and finance; able to balance budgets;
Strong time managements skills; ability to multitask effectively;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results.
