Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees.
Willing to work in Baguio

Communication/Negotiation:
Effectively manage relationships with senior management, clients and own teams, to the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to communicate with all levels of internal management and analysts, client and IBM Operations on a professional level.
Ability to reprioritize, delegate and set expectations to client and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving:
Ability to conduct a full root cause analysis on operational performance with the ability to turn findings into a robust improvement plan.
Manage variability of intraday management in the processes effectively.
Contribution/Leadership:
Train and coach Intraday Analysts on intraday concepts and to be able to execute intraday techniques that would assist Operations in meeting KPI.
Work with account leadership to coordinate processes to meet the operational and strategic needs of the business, to advise on potential opportunities or hazards that affect the business' ability to meet strategic goals, and to solicit feedback that influence the operations of workforce management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, general business, accounting or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience Required:
2 plus years managing others and/or experience in Workforce Management
Minimum two year experience in analytics, IEX, CMS, EWFM, Blue pumkin technical experience or related field required.
Skills Environment:
Must demonstrate sound arithmetic, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and support Operational requirements and objectives.
Ability to adapt to workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
