To conceive, plan, implement and oversee membership activities
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees membership enrolment and analyzes members' data according to regions, ranks, and take home pay (THP)
Ensures high membership retention rates through conceptualization and implementation of a successful membership services program that translates to positive overall member experience
Maintains good working relationship with PNP organizations and other sectors
Provides professional and high level quality service and assistance to members
Conducts information drive and field service operations among existing and potential members to introduce and enhance knowledge about PSMBFI products and services
Taps new markets and convertspotential clients into members
Monitors REO operations and activitiesthru FSO reports including data on membership enrolment and retention as well as distribution of membership certificates and checks
Consolidates data on expected enrolment and attrition from target markets toproject yearly membership that ensures company's steady strategic growth
Assists Department Manager in planning yearly programs and activities of the Membership Section
Oversees daily work and activity of staff
Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Key Organizational Relationships
Reports directly to the Manager, Marketing Department
Directly supervises the Membership Relations Specialist and Membership Assistant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Advertising or any related course
Preferably with MBA or related post-graduate degree
With 2-4 years related working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills
Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
