Primary Responsibilities:
Supervises the MCC and line maintenance group in their monitoring, control and execution to ensure that scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are organized thus reducing the impact on flight schedule.
Manages the activities of Aplus line maintenance transits including the implementation of section functions, ensuring highest standards of discipline and developing programs and initiatives to ensure compliance to Cebu Pacific, OEM and Government Regulatory requirements. Ensures adherence to the service level agreement between Cebu Pacific/CEBGO and Aplus.
Assists and guides the Maintenance Controller and Defect Analyst with the analysis and troubleshooting of urgent AOG defects, delays and other relevant technical aircraft remarks or issues.
Assists and guides the Maintenance Control Defect Analyst Engineer in handling recurring aircraft defects, through Airman/ OEM remote diagnostic analysis and AMOS data.
Develops troubleshooting strategies and plans to address complex, intransient, and recurring defects using published technical data and computerized troubleshooting tools
Liaise with support resources as required in development of technical solution (Reliability team, Airbus, Type Certificate owner, Maintenance Providers, Equipment Suppliers etc.)
Qualifications:
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or associated engineering course
At least a Master Engineer in LINE or MCC
Supervisor experience at least two (2) years
