Preferred Qualifications ( additional increased interview score )
preferably to have experience with branding and corporate identity (CI, BI) - priority
preferred to have an experience on prototyping Mobile,PC,Tablet platform
preferred to have achieved any kind of design competition
preferred to have an experience as Project Lead Designer or Team Lead
preferred to have certificates, license, etc...
A graduate from international or exclusive school is a plus
An ability to understand design and product value which foresees the current trends and profitability.
Design base on customer side.

free-hand drawing
able to communicate their design effectively explain to the client
experienced in using MAC OS
Job Requirement
Probationary period : 3 months
Location : muntinlupa city
Work days : Monday through Friday, 5 days per week ( might require to work in Saturday )
Work hours : 8 AM to 5 PM (might change according to quarantine rule)
Salary
From ₱100,000 to ₱300,000 depending on the onboarding test and interview (overall qualification 10%, test results 60%, interview 30%)
Screening Process
Resume (with portrait photo and portfolio review)
offline test ( it takes 3-4 hours )
Interview ( preferred to be prepared with a presentation of previous projects and short description about offline test )
- upon interview the candidate should explain their design identity
regarding to their presentation portfolio
- ex) design interpretation, concept, expression, identity, color theory
