We are looking for a systems engineer to work as a key member of our technical team to help design appropriate solutions, perform implementation and configuration work and provide enablement services. You will be a key engineer that ensures the technical solutions are fully adopted by our organization.
In this role you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of work ranging from translating business requirements to technical specifications, solutions documentation, technical implementation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of consulting experience in a consulting
Ability to understand Marketing and Sales business processes as well as familiarity with the operations technology ecosystem such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics and BI.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Good Excel skills.
College Degree preferred.
Must be fast-learning and quick thinking
Must work well in a team environment
Technical Qualifications:
At least 1 to 2 years of SugarCRM experience in an implementation, customer success or operations role.
SugarCRM certification (Administrator, Developer, Solution Architect) or equivalent experience.
At least 1 to 2 years of either Zoho Cloud Suite or ManageEngine Working knowledge in PHP and SQL.
2 years experience with Microsoft OS and products
1 years experience with the Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP) technology stack preferred.
Experience with SaaS applications.
Impact you will make in the role:
Participate in solution design and scope efforts on implementation projects by working with the project manager.
Assist in creating and maintaining technical requirements and solution design documents.
Perform technical configuration work such as user layouts, report building, or workflow configuration.
Create and provide knowledge transfer of new solutions.
Implement QA test plans and conduct test procedure and sign-off activities.
