Our client is an AU firm that provides comprehensive service in the field of engineering particularly in Project Management and Design process.
Job Role
Modeling structural steelwork, tanks, hoppers, concrete (interface models - no reinforcing), and equipment vendor models (for interface).
Produce concept designs through to detailed workshop drawings for mineral processing/mining-related work.
Create Steel & plate work models using Autodesk Advance Steel
2D and 3D deliverables
Support production team to ensure quality & direction met
Requirements
Highly proficient with Autodesk Advance Steel, & AutoCAD experience
A solid understanding of Structural/ Mechanical Design is essential
Industrial steel / processing plant / mining facility experience is an advantage
Steel structure modeling / detailing experience would be highly regarded
Mechanical plate work (chutes, hoppers, etc) experience is highly regarded
High-level communication skills - English
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
