Responsible for designs of civil systems that comply with the client & landlord ́s requirements as well as with the local regulations. Provides calculations accordingly.
Define the list of materials needed to build the installations designed by him/her, and generates purchase requests accordingly. Evaluates technically - financially the offers received from Procurement team and provides technical advice prior purchase.
Produce high level CAD drawings and/or instructing CAD operators under his supervision for the right way of drafting installations. Reviews and corrects drawings of his/her discipline.
Conducts visit to building sites to monitor compliance with design requirements and/or assists site team whenever technical difficulties are encountered during execution. Surveys existing installations and provides report (Site Assessment Report).
Interface with technical representatives of the client and secure approval for proposed designs and materials prior to implementation
Liaise with other trades that affect the civil/structural design
Tracks the document lists under his/her discipline
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
License required
Preferably with at least 4-5 years experience in structural design
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Architecture and Engineering 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
