Our ideal candidate should be self-motivated but works well with the team. He/She should be willing to learn and be able to take a task from beginning to end. Problem-solving as well as taking initiative is something that will be highly desired. The duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Learn advanced structural modeling techniques
- Preparing structural drawings and details
- Creating structural calculations
- Assist in creating construction drawings
- Assist in redlining construction drawings
Requirements for the position will include the following:
- 5 Years of Civil/Structural Engineering experience (Requirement)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet Analysis
- Knowledge of Risa Software
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
- Experience with concrete/wood foundations, equipment anchorage, equipment mounting
- Knowledge in US based standards is an advantage
