The Total Rewards Manager is responsible in managing and directing the company's total rewards strategies and programs to attract, reward, and retain top talent. This includes designing, developing, implementing and sustaining organization's competitive compensation and benefits programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the alignment of compensation strategies with company business objectives, are competitive, cost effective, efficient, and legally compliant in local markets.
Leads the planning, design, and execution for all Company compensation programs including policy and procedure design and administration.
Develops and communicates compensation strategy and resulting implications to leadership and employees to enable attraction and retention of our talent.
Leads benefits strategy and design, including administration, implementation, and communication of total rewards, retirement plans, compliance, governance, benefits accounting, and vendor management.
Assures the competitiveness of TMG's total remuneration and compensation system: rewards, benefits, recognition and remuneration.
Leads the assessment of total compensation implications; fits policy decisions to strategy, reassesses the fit of the strategy and implements the compensation strategy.
Evaluates and implements varied methods in planning and defining employee remuneration data on the basis of reward strategies, including performance-based and competency-based pay, variable pay plans, bonuses and incentives.
Facilitates the putting into practice compensation structures throughout the organization.
Applies total reward approach to maximize the effectiveness of rewards
Identifies compensation trends in local marketplace and wider industry to ensure competitive position and identify trends in critical labor markets that will have significant impact on each of the business segments with regard to the attraction and retention of talent
Works with different groups to identify appropriate market benchmark data.
Manages data, both internal and external ensuring that relevant market data is available to inform pay decisions on recruitment, promotions and annual reviews across the company.
Collaborates with immediate superior in developing group goals, objectives, and procedures
Monitors and ensures that the department's targets and client requirements are met
Review, researches, and recommends procedures to improve the department's performance as well as project deliveries
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or any related field
Must have at least 3 years working experience in Total Rewards, at least at Supervisory capacity
Must have solid background and exposure on compensation and benefits strategies and management, government regulations, and compliance requirements
Must have superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvement
Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must have advance presentation and interpersonal skills
Must have extensive knowledge in performing root cause analysis
Must be proficient in MS Office application
Must have excellent research, analytical and quantitative business skills
Must have the ability to effectively operate and function as an expert internal consultant
Must be knowledgeable on current professional HR principles and techniques
Must be knowledgeable and skilled with change processes in complex systems
Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills
