In your day-to-day, you will be involved in
Providing strategic leadership across all efforts done by Bonsey Jaden Philippines and its clients
Managing the overall Strategy and Social Media responsibilities of the company, while providing necessary input for Digital PR and Digital Paid Media
Interpreting briefs and responding to them with a holistic, brand led, digital first strategy and plan
Working hand-in-glove with your peers to jam on transformative insights, provocative strategies, and thoughtful consumer journeys
Working across verticals of Creative, Technology/UIUX, and Content & Partnerships, to "connect" the business on the brief, and guide them on how we can best optimise the performance of our clients' brands and consumer experiences
Uncovering deep brand, audience and platform insights, and crafting comprehensive end-to-end digital communication strategy
Developing brand ideas, campaign strategy, content strategy, messaging hierarchy, and activation ideas for digital and integrated campaigns that extend to OOH, TVC and PR
Tackling identity system design work for progressive brands who want to work with an agency that understands that brand-building needs to be digitally led
Developing and designing audience personas, customer journeys, strategic blueprints and digital roadmaps as part of brand planning for our wide range of clients
Performing secondary research, including but not limited to desktop research, and reviewing and analysing proprietary data provided by your client
Designing and facilitating primary research, including but not limited to stakeholder interviews, online surveys, ad hoc corridor surveys, or simply kickstarting some social listening with the Social team
Developing creative ideas for projects and proposals
Developing brand experiences for e-commerce, websites and apps through collaboration with our UI/UX and tech teams
Overseeing the execution of campaigns
Monitoring campaign results and provide feedback to the management team
Creating and Clearing Reports that provide both the company and its clients a 360 perspective of their campaigns are performing
Driving your own learning and education to advance your personal growth
Understand consumer behaviour and brand positioning and counsel local teams to execute campaigns in an efficient and grounded way that consumers would engage and understand.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, formats.
You are expected to have expertise in understanding how digital channels work, how consumers behave and use the channels, and the social context brands operate in
Lead social media team members by taking ownership of the growth and development of every individual in your team
Develop workflows, reporting templates and insights for monthly reviewing of campaign reports to gauge the effectiveness of the content and/or campaign run for the clients
Collaborating with peers and teams through sharing of best practices, industry case studies and internal training workshops
Developing case studies for credential decks and award submissions
Conducting light project management and client servicing where necessary

Ability to lead and work as part of a team
The ability and confidence to present (and sell) your ideas - both internally and to clients
