Job Functions:
Clear and organize raw data
Analyze interesting trends based on data
Creating visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret and make decisions with the data
Responsible for the ownership of the tools, databases, and processes related to sales strategy
Collaborating with sales management, operations, and finance to define revenue/sales plan target into
sales plan goals by territory and individual
Deliver standard pipeline, referrals and other sales performance reporting by department, region, and
territory each period
Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present commentary and analysis in written form to share insights from analysis and to
support and influence decision making
Monitors data and provides analysis to illustrate sales trends, identify weaknesses in current sales
execution and support future sales strategy
Continually evaluate current processes and make recommendations for improvement, standardization
and enhanced toolsets
Provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports.
Job Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or Accounting
Preferably 1 to 3 years of Analyst Experience but Entry Level from College is acceptable
Highly organized and detailed oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Highly Proficient in Internet Research
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English
Can multi-task
Comfortable with Database creation and operations and the ability to manipulate large amounts of Data
Preferably with Database and SQL Experience
