Job Description: * DEVELOP FIXTURES DESIGN & LAYOUT Draw & render new fixture designs & layouts based on conceptual drawings of the space planning head * GET QUOTATIONS FROM SUPPLIERS Make requests for quotations according to design spe Job Description: DEVELOP FIXTURES DESIGN & LAYOUT Draw & render new fixture designs & layouts based on conceptual drawings of the space planning head GET QUOTATIONS FROM SUPPLIERS Make requests for quotations according to design specifications & quantity required (coordinate design & mock up with suppliers) PREPARE FIXTURE (FAPR) ORDERING Prepare fixtures FAPR for approval to initiate the ordering process TABULATE FIXTURES BUDGET Review & tabulate fixture quantities & budgets record data in the fixtures budget tabulation form INSPECT CONDITION OF FIXTURES Check quality of fixtures delivered & review actual fixture installations on site periodically check upkeep of existing stores Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture Required skill(s): Sketch up, Adobe Illustator, AutoCad. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Licensed Architect Full-Time position(s) available.
