STORE MANAGER
Number of positions: 16ー20persons
Job scope:
Lead the operations in store, including cost control, manpower plan, shelf organizing and cleaning
Educating staffs and team building
Checking out at cash register (You have to learn to teach in the future)
Money Handling
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, sales floor change works
Receiving goods from Distribution Center
Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information
Follow all companies' policies and procedures
Relocation within Philippines
Working location: BGC area. Training program at around Makati area. (Office address)
Business hours: Depends on shift roster. 9hours between 7am to 11pm.
Monthly salary:
17,800PHP: Fresh Graduate
20,000PHP: Experience as a supervisory position in retailing for 2-3years
(Required: English Optional: Japanese)
Bonus - Bonus based on performance once a year and The 13th-Month Pay Law
