Direct and oversee the effective and efficient day-to-day store operations of a Chimes Boutique branch.
Motivate, retain, promote, rotate and counsel store personnel.
Develop and implement strategies to attain overal sales targets, maintainance of high standards of chimes customer service and growth of customer base, and management of selling inventories.
Lead a team to hit sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Implement an attractive visual merchandising display in the store at all times.
College graduate
With at least 5 years of retail sales experience
Has solid experience in managing at least 10 store operations and sales personnel
Strong analytical and planning skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Sales and Marketing Retail Industry 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
