Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
Social Media Posting and Monitoring
Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

Report monthly Inventory, Sales and Marketing
Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Knowledgeable with HR tasks
Oversee Julieanne's Kitchen Branches, Making sure store operation
Be an example of well behavior and high performance with professionalism
Any other duties as assigned by the owner
Proven successful experience as a retail/kitchen Store Manager
