Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Receive, store and issue materials, equipment and other items from stockroom.Maintain purchase reports, replenish stock levels and oversee shipments, deliveries and internal stock transfers.
 
Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needs
Assist phone calls and walk-in clients with parts inquiry
Issue or distribute materials, products and parts to customers based on information from incoming requisitions
Take pictures of the newly arrived items for record purpose and marking / labelling stock.
Prepares delivery gate pass for all parts pick up and deliveries
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockroom
Receive and count stock items, and record data
Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
Overseeing proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities
Checked the actual items against delivery receipt and purchased order
Responsible of reporting any damages of parts or machine that came from shipment to Purchasing Coordinator
Prepare and maintain records of stock in (like shipment, loose cargoes and local buy-out) and stock-out (like deliveries, parts needed for machines etc.) conducts periodic inventory of machineries and spare parts
Load and unload stock from delivery vehicles and transport to and store in designed location
