JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for ensuring the sanitation and cleanliness of assigned kitchens and food preparation areas, ensures that all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly providing all facets of the dining venues available.
In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to House Rules and Regulation, Health and Safety, Grooming, Standard Operations Procedures
Assists the Chief Steward in setting Stewarding goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies
To perform other duties as required by the leader or it's designate.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Secondary level or higher
1 year previous experience as a Stewarding staff in a luxury hotel desirable
Proficient in the English
