We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor.
As a Stewarding Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding.
Supervise the cleaning process, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all Food & Beverage areas in a manner consistent with the standards of the Resort.
Ensures accurate tabulation of all losses / breakage and proposes the purchase of all operating equipment on a monthly basis.
Assists frontline departments in achieving guest satisfaction by providing them with the necessary support, service and equipment.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong customer service and team working skills.
Has physical stamina to work long hours.
Is flexible to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Has a passion for Food & Beverage operations.
Not afraid to take up new challenges
Has relevant experience with an International 5* Hotel Group.
