1. Able to check steel frame construction drawings
2. Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
3. Coordinate construction drawings for parts that are not accurate, or not included
4. Manage the contractor, and consultants' drawings and address problems with them if necessary.
The project would be the Train station construction for the North-South Commuter Railway.
Project Site Office: F. Alarilla Street Barangay Banga Maycauayan Bulacan
QUALIFICATION
Amenable to commuting or relocating to Bulacan
Experience in Infrastructure Projects such as Train stations, Airport Experience in Construction Industry
Can use CAD software and knowledge of AutoCAD, BOM
At least 10 years of experience in Structural Knowledge of Building / Structure / Architecture
Can read, write, and check shop drawings
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in dealing with Contractors or third parties
Online Interview
Initial Interview: Construction Manager then final Interview: Project Managers
Monday to Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.
