10 mbps internet speed (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Stable wired internet connection
Currently residing in Metro Cebu

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should have at least 6 months call center experience
We accept HS graduates with 6 months call center experience
Excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift, holidays, and weekends
Must be able to type 35 WPM with over 90 percent accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to chat inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input
All other duties as assigned
