In your new role you will:
Lead & drive backend OSAT Planning Process Integration project rollout as defined timeline
Lead project meeting and engagements with Subcontractor business counterpart
Ensure process harmonization and readiness at Subcontractor prior rollout
Business coordination in testing & perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Establish process documentation and conduct user training

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline with more than 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
Ability to drive projects and implementation through cross-functional team
Exposure to Backend Supply Chain Planning project is highly advantageous
Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office software
