Job description
In your new role you will:
Ensure reliable and high quality at production partners by operational planning and logistics, continuously monitor and improve cycle time, delivery reliability and performance at the production partners
Execution of short term demand to subcontractors partners
Ensure inventories at the subcontractors are at an optimal level and in alignment with the internal system
Drive supplier to meet defined KPIs of Infineon
Communication interface of supplier for all Production and Planning execution topics
Drive critical product fulfillment and maximum revenue for Infineon
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering / Industrial engineering / Business Administration / Economics
At least 5 years' of relevant planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle subcon to management discussion
Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, Inventory Management & Control
Proficient in Microsoft Office software with good knowledge on logistics, business process and relevant IT tools such as SAP and Workstream
Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels
