.Record, monitor and coordinate administrative
-related concerns in the improvement and renovation projects.
Assist in processing government compliance documents for building construction, as needed.
Secure complete documents upon completion of the renovation (i.e. lay out plan, structural plan, plumbing, electrical and as-built plans, as applicable)
Monitor the contractor's on-going projects and provide a status update to the manager.
Perform regular inspections to ong
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Business Administration, Public Relation, Customer Service or equivalent.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Manufacturing and Production 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
