Has experience or familiarity with the following tools: Java, Kotlin, Postgres, Redis, internal GraphQL and public REST APIs, AWS (hosted with Kubernetes), GitLab, Slack, Notion, and Retool.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer-facing features, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction.
Design and implement internal tools to support the Operations and Finance teams, improving their workflow and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to scale integrations with HRIS, ITSM, and MDM providers, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Improve infrastructure performance by optimizing the architecture for scalability, ensuring the platform can handle increasing loads.
Enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure quick detection and resolution of operational incidents.
