Job Responsibilities
· Process daily NSF report from the bank
· Initiate daily ACH and Wire transfers
· Bank reconciliations
· GL account reconciliations
· Accounts Payable
o Processing invoices SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains
o Issuing payoff checks to finance companies
o Issuing refunds to dealers

Accounts Receivable
o Posting check payments
o Posting ACH payments
o Posting Wire payments
· Account adjustments through ticketing system and email
o Reconciling with the GL
o Waiving
o Applying Credit
·
Communicate with outside vendors and auctions to obtain proper documentation for payments received or issued.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure funds are routed correctly

Qualifications:
BS Accountancy graduate or any related accounting course
CPA
Computer literate
Ability to analyze financial data, recognize errors and implement corrections
Must possess good written and oral communication skills
Must be well organized and self-starter
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Has initiative, able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
