Work with different service line leads within End user space understand deliverables, processes and SLAs understand Customer SAT scores and work to improve customer satisfaction via gathering feedback, determining issues and suggesting solutions, following up with service leads. ??
Primary Responsibilities: ??
?? * Support all functions of Closing The Loop for Customer surveys for all End user workgroups
?? * Cross train to support multiple End users Teams
?? * Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). ?? * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
?? * Understanding of End user services and processes, experience in End user technologies like application packaging, device provisioning, voice services - any other end user services relevant experience
?? * Experience in functioning in a customer service / help desk role
?? * Strong written and verbal communication in English / excellent customer service/ Asset management
