Description
1. Administer compensations and benefits program for employees.
2. Oversees the execution of recruitment, wages and salary administration.
3. Monitors employee discipline within the company and confronts problems where they arise through generating solutions that priorities the benefits of the company and the enforcement of disciplinary terms of the company as mandated within the Company Policies.
4. Handles grievance and employee complaints relating to work or job performance as endorsed by managers, supervisors, and/or group leaders.
5. Oversees complete health and safety services, practices and innovations in order to keep the working environment safe for all employees. This also includes monitoring health conditions that employees have and making sure individuals receive the appropriate time required to make a full recovery and prevent the spreading of illness.
6. Represents the Company in an official capacity in DOLE and relevant government offices, including HR-related legal meetings, court proceedings, out-of-court settlements, legal disputes, lawyers meetings and other similar activities.
7. Issues the Evaluation Schedule of the Company's employees annually to various department/group heads to ensure timely performance evaluation.
8. Oversees update and upkeep of all 201 records and legal matters documents.
9. Updates the HR Company Policy and ensures that all adjustments are recorded on a timely basis, enclosures attached, and an original copy is always maintained within the confidential confines of the AVP-Finance.
10. In case of an existence of outside HR and / or Labor consultants, works with and co-ordinates closely all HR activities that are subject for approval and legal endorsement to ensure that the Company's interests are always protected, and prioritized.
11. Administer guidance and counseling to employees.
12. Handles employee separation as a result of resignation, layoff or discharge. Conducts exit interview and monitor employee clearance.
13. Performs other administrative and corporate obligations necessary and as my be assigned by Immediate Head from time to time.
