Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the end to end migration pipeline & ensure success of knowledge transfer & competency to GBS.
Drive and lead cross- functional teams to transition processes, services and/or functions into the GBS organization.
Accountable for all aspects of migration pipeline, including infrastructure planning, training requirements, systems development, capacity analysis, SLA creation, project planning, and process improvement.
Develop and identify risks for the detailed implementation plans based on standard GBS implementation approach/methodology.
Develop, improve and implement the transformation methodology in transitioning processes to GBS.
Develop and ensure adherence to offshoring framework, global processes, governance and business case.
Identify risks and develop mitigation planning during the coordination of communication with the roll-in Function / Business Unit
Coordinate and drive risk mitigation planning in the preparation of necessary infrastructure (IT, offices, office equipment) and ensure fit with operational requirements
Develop and strategize programs on the identification, hiring & retention of key resources for the project phase in coordination with Tower Leads and in country business partners. Identify knowledge requirements and organize necessary trainings for the employees
Strategize with stakeholders in the development of business impacts of projects to ensure appropriate communication with the concerned stakeholders
Work with Business to ensure baselines identified and prepared in line with migration timelines.
Develop and sustain reports, analytics, and assessment tools to evaluate performance and improvement opportunities.
Plan and manage project budget and resource allocation.
Monitor project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Provide direction, coaching, mentoring and support to project team.
Constantly monitor and track on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in IT/Engineering/Manufacturing/Management or any other related field of study
Preferably with 10 to 12 years prior experience in a BPO/Shared Services/Healthcare environment with 8 years minimum doing process migrations and transitions.
Proven capability on business process and data analysis, methodology development and project management
Excellent data management, analytics and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent business relation management, listening and interpersonal skills.
Excellent concept development, presentation and facilitation skills.
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
Highly self-motivated or driven that would require minimum supervision.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks for a sound decision making while under pressure.
Highly customer service orientated approach and acumen.
Experience in managing a team-oriented, collaborative environment and stakeholder management.
Extensive practical skills and knowledge of project/program management process and approach such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
Ability to perform other functions as required in the nature and scope of position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable on MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access is a plus. Certification (i.e. PMP, CPM, Six Sigma, Prince II) is a plus
Preferably with prior experience (8-12 years minimum in BPO/Shared Services/Healthcare with 5 years on Transitions/Migrations) in a BPO/Shared Services/Healthcare environment doing process migrations and transit
