Knowledge Management Senior Specialist (P2)
Essential Functions - Duties and Responsibilities
Regular review of articles to determine Operations utilization (determined through relevancy, accuracy, and timeliness guidelines).
Establish and maintain cohesive Knowledge Management structure that aligns to content standards.
Establish regular review cycle of Process Owners to determine SOP accountability.
Partner with project stakeholders to collate documentation required for new implementations and/or expansions
Deliver knowledge base overview and walk-through sessions for new implementations and/or expansions
Partner with Learning Consultants to conduct Health Checks and update onboarding plans
Creatively identify and implement new functionalities which are useful for content consumers (automated tools)
Accountable for the content produced for assigned segments
Conduct content need analysis referencing qualitative data collected
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
2-3 experience in handling Customer Service accounts (Pharma/Med)
Experience in planning, researching, writing and editing technical documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Experience in Project management, preferred
Ability to articulate business needs or opportunities and recognize solutions
Critical thinking
Attention to detail
** Internal candidates have to be in a B3 (or higher) role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position.

Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
