What is your mission?
Oversees the daily operation and productivity of the channels - both the initiatives and the leads generation
Manages and partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the share of hires required within the budget.
Recommends hiring channel mix, and prepares proposals for budget and sourcing activities.
Monitors and regulates sourcing expenses/costs and cost per hire.
Conducts regular business reviews with the team (weekly, monthly, or as needed).
Works with Recruiting team on ramp solutions and throughput utilization.
Coordinates with Marketing team regarding initiatives that may require assistance including, but not limited to, collaterals, designs, audio and video materials, etc.
Researches, explores and recommends new possible ways to source talent.
Innovates existing sourcing methods to increase productivity, and formulates process improvements.
Regularly scans and studies the market to check on landscape changes and developments that might impact hiring.
Does onsite and offsite coordination whenever necessary.
Manages performance of the team and conducts coaching sessions.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
3 years' experience in Recruitment and Sourcing in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO.
Experienced Recruiter adept in candidate sourcing and uses multiple and diverse sourcing strategies.
Experienced Recruiter with strong competency profiling, interview skills assessment & multiple assessment methodologies.
Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
High confidence level and ability to influence through expertise.
Excellent visual presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
Excellent planning skills with proven experience of general day to day practices and operations of Sourcing.
Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to issues arising in relation to strong analytical and reporting skills.
Able to exemplify best Sourcing practices and experience in guiding Specialists.
