Description
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders by attending and understanding their needs and to proactively recruit candidates that are qualified on the minimum skills requirements provided for each support and enablement position.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team including assisting with maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates and guides.
To represent the Talent & Culture Group, and be accountable for Recruitment operations (responsible for partnering and coordinating directly with Operations/BDG/Department Managers/Function Heads/CEO for manpower needs/requirements/requests.
To promote the corporate ELITE Values, maintain an Awesome Culture in the organization, and to inculcate the "Best in Class" mindset and behavior across all levels.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain collaboration between Talent Acquisition members for recruitment strategies and best practices to meet the expectations of hiring Managers and other stakeholders
Coordinates with the Sourcing team for recruitment activities and initiatives planning and implementing.
Identify quality candidates, schedule phone and personal interviews, as applicable
Conduct initial interviews and recommend candidates for next level interview(s) with the designated hiring manager
Maintain continuous contact with hiring managers and candidates informing them of the progress
Assist to resolve escalated concerns related to recruitment or hiring processes
Monitor daily recruitment statistics and pipeline to ensure hiring targets are met
Ensure the smooth flow of the recruitment process by supervising the application pipeline and monitoring daily recruitment activities
Provide regular updates to team members to ensure alignment in the recruitment process
Send daily reports to management team on completion targets
Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and/or HR Director
Maintain a database of all processed applicants on a daily basis
Serve job offer and discuss job offer
Conduct new hire orientation, maintain and monitor company HRIS processes, and ensure safekeeping of sensitive information as well as smooth onboarding process for new support and enablement hires
Job requirements:
At least 2-3 years recruitment experience, BPO/RPO setting.
Experience in executive recruitment is an advantage.
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
Strong organizational, time management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills required.
Proactive, detail oriented, goal driven, and has a can-do winning attitude.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Administration workstreams
Ability to do multitasking and adapt to fast paced environment
Requirements

2 years of experience
