Position Responsibilities
Performs highly complex testing and de-bugging tasks according to company's QC process.
Plans, schedules, and implements testing projects.
Designs and develops quality testing procedures; updates and modifies existing tests as necessary.
Defines test objectives and writes test cases and test plans.
Performs highly complex functional, application, regression and performance tests.
Works closely with cross-cultural development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle.
Researches and develops an understanding of the product and functional requirements, including how the product is actually used and what its software and system requirements are.
4. Acts as a team lead to less experienced analysts.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Quality Control (to include application/performance & automation testing): 7-10 years
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Computer Science , other IT-related course
Industry: At least 10 years
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent level of test process knowledge.
High level of domain knowledge and test execution techniques. (Test Case Development, Defect Management, Test Process)
Experience on Agile development cycle
Task oriented, results driven, team player, proactive, and willing to work extended hours as needed
