PURPOSE
Manage, oversee, and control critical and high complexity projects with confidence and certainty in their action bounded by the company guidelines, human ethics, and management principles, having the objective of ensuring revenue for the company, continuously practice their expertise in terms of project management, and be a great contributor to the company's strength and success.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position
College graduate Major in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Relevant Experience:
3 years of working experience as Project Coordinator, Project Manager under the Telecommunications business
Business Understanding:
Knowledgeable in Fiber Optics Transmission
Knowledgeable in Data Communications
Knowledgeable with using Office Tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Vision etc.)
Good background in verbal and written communication skills
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Project Handling and Monitoring
Tasked to initially handle projects having high complexity and encounter multiple dependencies in order to easily close and install big company deals and ensure revenue.
Project Update
Provide updates both to internal and external clients with the status of the dependencies encountered, requirements, and permits needed by the assigned project in order to assure that concerned parties are well aware of the current situation of the project.
Project Endorsement
Approach and endorse assigned projects to appropriate support group or concerned parties in order to prepare ahead the possible dependencies the project may encounter and assure that job orders are converted to company revenue.
Job Order Validation
Verifies project details including package ordered, client information, availability of support groups, etc.in order to see the feasibility of the project and be able to seamlessly work if the project is feasible.
Handling Client Dependencies
Oversees the project by managing all roadblocks encountered and being able to address all of it in the shortest time possible in order to push the project until completion and test the skills of the Senior Project Engineer.
Circuit Completion
Inform both internal and external clients that assigned project is ready for completion and completion documents are prepared in order to bill the client and secure income for the company.
Mentoring / Leading
Train the members of the team to perform tasks and responsibilities of a leader in order to impart technical and behavioral knowledge.
