Senior Payroll & Reporting Specialist (Philippines - Onsite, Night Shift, US-Based Company)
We're looking for a Senior Payroll & Reporting Specialist to join our growing PH team. This role is responsible for managing and supporting payroll, auditing, and reporting functions for the PH team while providing cross-functional support to HR, Finance, and Back Office. The position ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, prepares and maintains financial and operational reports, and serves as a point of support for leadership by providing data-driven insights and dashboards
This position reports administratively to the VP of PH Operations, with a dotted line to the Director of Finance & Accounting.

What you'll do:
Manage full-cycle payroll for the PH team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
Perform financial audits and bank reconciliations related to both PH and US payroll.
Generate and maintain payroll-related reports such as GP Tracker, Sterling Uploads, reconciliation reports, and audit reports.
Act as backup for Compensation & Benefits, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Controller functions when needed.
Provide reporting expertise and create ad hoc reports for PH stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong experience in payroll processing and/or at least 3 years in PH and US accounting practices.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and advanced Excel.
Background in payroll, AP, AR, financial reporting, and data reconciliation.
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong attention to detail.
Experience working PH night shift supporting US operations.
Experience with Bullhorn Reporting or CRM tools is a plus.
