Description
MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Operations Specialist who will be working closely with our Hong Kong-based clients who specializes in Cryptocurrency. As a vital member of the team, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations and platforms by working with the stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the operations and availability of 24x7 financial trading platforms.
• Receive inbound requests through channels, include phone, web forms, emails, chats, and internal stakeholders in IT and business.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, track and route issues reported by stakeholders or alerts raised by monitoring tools.
• Conduct system and service documentation.
• Manage issues, incidents and crisis.
• Handle stakeholder queries and requests.
• Ensure a high service delivery quality standard to clients and organization stakeholders.
• Training of Jr. Operations Specialist.
To be successful, you should be:
• More than 5 years of working experience in supporting 24x7 Financial Enterprise Product and platform
• Solid grasp of technical operations and corresponding business processes, preferably financial services
• Strong experience and know-how in managing incidents and client requests
• Experience in supporting enterprise systems including:
• Monitoring market and trading operations
• Application services (Web/ Java/ Messaging), enterprise application architecture
• Database (Postgresm MySQL, Maria, InfluxDB)
• Log and metric collection and processing (ELK)
• Documentation of process, risk management, and business analysis
• Scripting or coding experience using bash, java, groovy, nodeJS, angularJS, python, to automate operations
• Use of workflow tools to implement reliable and repeatable process
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management Framework and corresponding toolings
• Knowledge of information security is a plus
• Proactive, self-guided learns who enjoys keep up with the latest advancements in distributed systems technology
• High energy, passionate team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work, learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently
• Well-organized with good communication skills
