Sr. Marketing Operation Manager
Location: Taguig City, Philippines
The Sr. Marketing Operation Manager II will be responsible for driving marketing effectiveness, pipeline growth and revenue while monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs.
As a Sr. Marketing Operation Manager I, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:
Support overall B2B marketing analytics strategy and process
Analyze complex data sets and recommend actionable insights that help drive differentiated approaches for lead generation and account-based marketing.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders in developing insights, and coordinate with Analytics Manager to formulate recommendations
Review the volume and data accuracy of pipeline data within PowerBI and Salesforce
Support the processes to implement data insights into action by integrating into Salesforce CRM system.
Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best and consistent practices in Marketing data maintenance and reporting.
Provide back up support for LeanData as needed. Collaborate with Sales for LeanData reports on leads and opportunities, and with Marketing for campaign initiatives.
Work closely with Marketing Data Management team for collaboration on data strategy.
Manage and maintain Salesforce database/s related to Marketing leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts
Own maintenance of Salesforce marketing database, DemandTools lead conversion maintenance, and data enrichment and cleanliness strategies.
Collaborate with 3rd party providers (E.g. Zoominfo) as regards data and subscription, among others.
In-charge of quarterly, monthly, and weekly management reports, and deliver adhoc reports as needed.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent work experience
Intermediate to advanced experience with analytics and business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and similar tools
Beginner to intermediate hands-on experience with Salesforce specifically reporting and dashboard modules
Beginner to intermediate hands-on experience with Marketo
Hands-on experience with data cleanliness tools like CRM Fusion and/or Lean Data
Knowledgable in MassImpact, MassEffect, lead conversion deduplication data maintenance in DemandTools.
Knowledgable in 6sense or any other account-based marketing tool
Knowledgable in Zoominfo, Lead411 or any other similar tools
Proficient in the MS Office suite - Planner, Teams, PowerBI
