Review Plans, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of all Regions & Domain (ROW, Engr'r, OLT, Implementation) to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the Build Deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and parameters.
Review Build Process and Methodology recommended by Regional/Provincial Project Managers to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Outline overall work plan according to assigned duties, WBS, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Confer with different project personnel and leads to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Supervise, Monitor, Track project delivery, assess client needs.
Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
Provide program content expertise, enhancing team efficiencies and effectiveness through training and coaching across all domain which will include delivering communicating the project's purpose, value and importance to the Region.
Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
