Position Summary:
Role is responsible for strategizing and leading the Continuous Business Process Improvement initiatives for the organization which includes driving Operations in looking for process wastes and turning them into continuous improvement projects/ opportunities, training employees on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, monitoring process improvements and reporting project savings. The role will require regular interface with Transition and project managers to work on identified risk and development areas as well as supporting the wider project management initiatives being driven by the transformation and operations organizations. The continuous improvement manager is expected to be able to manage projects and/or programs with minimal to no guidance/coaching/supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt experience, preferably certified.
Knowledgeable on MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Minitab is a plus. Certification (i.e. PMP, CPM, Six Sigma, Prince II) is a plus
Preferably with prior experience (13 years minimum) in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment doing 6 years of related work experience.
