Job Description:
As a Learning Consultant, you will set the path to success by overseeing new hire, progression and enhancement training. You are also expected to:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft & technical skills training
Utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended/virtual learning environment
Engage audience participation through active learning techniques
Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision
Support Learning Academy by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed
Identify learner gaps and address with appropriate training solutions
Develop non-classroom communication and training materials (team huddle)
Assess participant and class performance in Training & Learning Academy
Participate in onshore interaction
Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by manager
Qualifications
At lease three-year contact center experience
College/University graduate preferably with previous related work experience in insurance/financial services or call center industry
At least one-year tenure in the current position
Strong command of the English language both Oral and Written Communication
Exceeds job expectations and pass all performance metrics in his/her current role
Must not have attendance issues and any disciplinary action
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments, work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate, to diffuse, reconcile and remedy customer issues and create win-win solutions
Strong knowledge in Training Delivery, Styles, and Adult Learning Principles
Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrates skills in utilizing MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
