JOB DESCRIPTION
Design the HR Solution architecture.
Align HR Solution architecture with Market trends
Provide recent market trend and solutions
Manage implementation of solution.
Mange HR Team activities and operation
Ensure that, Solutions are implemented as designed and as per business expectation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Working knowledge of basic SQL, network servers
• Experienced in working on HR applications and processes such as timekeeping solutions.
• Has the basic foundation of how to conduct analysis and research to come up with new business solutions
• Must possess client-facing skills. Should be customer oriented
• Ability to pro-actively resolve issues
• Ability to handle confidential matters sensitively and appropriately
• Project Management is a plus, but not required.
• Strong computer skills including excel, word, powerpoint, MS Project
