Primary Responsibilities: ??
?? * Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content, courseware for web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formats
?? * Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
?? * Produce high quality, next generation eLearning modules and based on business requirements
?? * Manage projects from start to finish and collaborate with different teams and business partner groups.
?? * Author and create scripts and storyboards for use as on-demand modules
?? * Convert instructor-led training scripts into on-demand learning storyboards, scripts and deliverables
?? * Manage vendor eLearning production as required
?? * Credibly engage and interview subject matter experts to gather and codify financial markets content for delivery
?? * Find creative solutions to designing eLearning offerings that are relevant, engaging, and effective
?? * Continuously build personal knowledge of eLearning, training, technology, and software trends and developments.
?? * Partner and share knowledge with peers and colleagues to enhance the team's overall capabilities

?? * Post-graduation / MBA in Business Management, Human Resources preferable
?? * 6+ years of total working experience
?? * 3+ years of experience in training content development
?? * Strong proficiency with MS Word & PowerPoint.
?? * Strong proficiency or certification in Instructional Design
?? * Strong partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partners
?? * Ability to learn quickly
?? * Resourceful in finding information and fact checking
?? * Background of working in a Training / L&D department
?? * Background in teaching / training imparting behavioral programs is highly recommended
