Position Responsibilities
Position Description:
This position will work with the Cloud Operations team in creating a culture of training through a Center of Excellence including technical, soft skill and new hire training. Work to identify training requirements and institute plans for training new and existing employees as well as conduct onboarding of new hires. Research, organize and track training, and oversee both large and small-scale programs for the entire organization. The focus will be on ensuring training programs run smoothly and effectively.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Initiate and coordinate delivery of training, including skills qualification, required annual training, vendor sponsored, etc.
Administer, track, and evaluate New Hire Onboarding
Maintain a whole-organization needs assessments, identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need addressing
Provide compliance updates and refresher training as assessed and needed
Responsible for ongoing evaluation of the training process to recommend changes for improvement to management
Have knowledge of policies, products, and procedures within the organization
Assist with monitoring training related costs to ensure they are within budget guidelines
Communicate training opportunities throughout the organization on an ongoing basis
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Four year college degree, in communications education/training or business preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a Training Coordinator role
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Excellent presentation skills
Able to work independently
SaaS experience
Proficiency with Training tools
Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning assets a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
