Help establish and or improve the Identity and Access Management Policies and Processes
Help establish the tools for IAM such as ticketing tool and IAM Solution(PAM, MFA, SSO, IGA)
Help the IAM Engineer to operationalize IAM Solutions such as PAM, MFA, SSO, IGA
Help the development and maintenance of the user access matrix for systems, servers, database and network devices
Identify areas for improvement in the IAM area which are compliant to BSP Circular 808, Mastercard Compliance Requirements, PCI DSS and ISO27001
Provision accounts to critical systems and applications
Assists in Level 1 troubleshooting or resolving issues encountered by users, like password reset for selected applications
Help establish the metrics for IAM and report status to the Head of IAM
Accountable to audits and remediation related to access management
Ensures authorized access by investigating improper access; revoking access; reporting violations; monitoring information requests by new programming; recommending improvements.
Identifying and addressing identity and access management issues. Working with the Infra team to resolve identity and access management problems.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practice by documenting IAM processes and procedures.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least three (3) years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.
Experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment and performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
