The Senior HR Advisor provides operational support and advice to the wider HR community and employees in the delivery of the HR cycle i.e. bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey. Imparts knowledge (policy, process and application) in all HR disciplines to first line managers. Works independently and or closely with HR Partner to help resolve queries which arise directly from the business. May work in a specialist group where tasks are driven by the specifics of this HR function. Create, protects and files written correspondence and data associated with employees. Develops analyses reports independently or working with HR systems team or third party provider. Will provide support to a specific BU as well as a general HR team. Contributes to a project as a team member, and may take ownership of certain elements of the project, providing support and input to actions and overall objectives. Advises employee and first line managers in Employee Relations activity whilst keeping senior colleagues appraised.

Practice innovative mindset -improving and simplifying processes, tools, communication, and measures. Looks for better ways of doing things and will raise the bar.
Coach and consult frontline managers and people leaders on people-facing concerns (performance, policy, etc.)· Engage and influence stakeholders that interact with the business at a local level.
Participate in the planning and execution of HR operations, culture, organization growth and planning, employee engagement, workforce planning and recruitment, and talent management and development for the assigned business.
In this position, you will partner with frontline people leaders in the business assigned. You will need very good analytical skills and the ability to translate business goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.
This position will require flexibility in hours to support a 24-hour operations.
