Responsibilities
He/she uses mainly the tools of SAP FI/CO, FinBI, PowerBI and PowerApps and works closely together with the GSG-Performance Management Team.
The Performance Management Team provides the transparency on the indirect expenses to the Global Spend Management Community. In addition, the team develops and drives KPI dashboards and is responsible for tracing the cost optimization initiatives on a global level.
Monitoring & preparation actuals & budgeted figures for Global Spend Management HQ cost centers
Alignment with stakeholders & preparation of the monthly accruals
Forecasting and budget data input (System: Finance BI)
Monitoring actuals vs. budget (System: Finance BI - SAP FI/CO - Power BI)
Preparation & submission of correction bookings if required (System: SEMA)
Highlighting the biggest deviations on a global level (System: Power BI)
Potential analysis and validation of savings tracking (System: VBA Excel / Power Apps)
Processing a data quality check on global saving entries
Standardizing a follow up process for saving ideas
Ad hoc Reports
Analysis of spend data (e. g. within the tools SAP FI/CO and Power BI) resulting in automation, optimization or calculation of predictions (System: Finance BI - SAP FI/CO - Power BI)
Generating ad-hoc spend reports based on the need of our Global Procurement Managers and Global Real Estate Managers (Systems: Finance BI - SAP FI/CO - GPM - eProcure - Clickshop
In charge of GSM Dashboard Hub on a monthly basis (System: Power BI)
Updating different Sub-Dashboards on a monthly basis
Optimizing & enhancing existing dashboards
Implementation of new dashboard if required

Qualifications
University degree or comparable training/professional experience
Experienced in accounting and/or controlling
Experienced in SAP FI/CO Module as well desirable in SAP BW Module
Deep understanding of numbers and financial issues
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and preferably in PowerBi
Excellent skills in data analysis
Team player and able to work collaboratively
Fluent in English
Passion and power
Amenable to work in mid-shift schedule
